How have you worked around these new limitations of Exchange 2000 (listed below) per design by Microsoft? We have thousands of Public Folders with users that need these capabilities that are no longer available. Thank you
1)External mail going to PF is coming in as "Post" and not "Messages".
2)Recipient cannot see who was cc'd on the external email when sending to Public Folders.
3)And because of this the only option is "Reply". You will not be able to "Reply All" with external mail in Public Folders.
4)Users are no longer to "reply" to messages in public folders using Outlook Web Access.
