OOA Problems

I am on exchange 5.5 sp2 with Outlook 98 clients..
Some of the Users r not able to execute the Out of Office assistant ..
There r no rules defined which could hamper the cause..
could there be a Prob with the MTA??
Any help would be appreciated..

Hi Bobby,

When you say they are not able to execute the OOA do you mean it is not available? If so, then have a look at the TechNet Article Q238280.

Or are you using MimeSweeper? This product can sometimes disable this feature.

OOA is available but, if its set it does not send an autoresponder..this happens with only a few users..
we r not using mimesweeper ..

Is there anywhere else I can look into to fix this Prob??
