We have outgrown SBS 4.5 and need to offload Exchange to a new machine. Problem is I have buckets of info on how to restore to a machine with the same name, but none on how to restore to new name. Exchange 5.5 in SBS is limited to the extent that it cannot replicate to another site and comes minus Site connector and the Directory replication connector. So no chance of using the move server wizard here!. I presume my only option is to manually export everything and them reimport it or?......

I two am in the same situation and am uncertain if Exchange can even coexist in the SBS domain. Do you know? I am looking at exporting PST files for all my users then importing them back into the new Exchange Server.
Any help or first hand experience greatly appreciated,
