I'm looking for a template document in order to describe a whole NT Server, installation, configuration, network, domain, browser, groups, users and so on.
In short, this document has to describe each item of a nt server.

Seems like you should by a certification book. MCSE certification or MCP certification for Windows NT Server and Windows NT Server Enterprise. These books describes all parts and as a bonus you can get certified and learn a whole lot more.

Use Technet and search for articles describing each part.

My concern is to deliver with a NT h/w box, a complete technical draft describing how the whole box has been installed and configurated.
