Automatically posting Appointments to another user

One of our secretaries wants all appointments for her boss (regardless of whether she posts them or he does) to be automatically posted to her calendar. She has access to his Inbox as a delegate. Is there some way for this to be done automatically without scheduling an appointment for the both of them?
