OLEMainthreadWndName error on shutdown.

My boss keeps getting a message box telling him that OLEMainthreadWndName did not respond to the end task command
when he tries to shut down his computer. He has to manually end the task, and this annoys him. Anyone have any ideas as to
what could be causing this error? It would earn me some bonus points :)
