changing ntfs permissions remotely

Does anyone know of a utility, script or application that will change ntfs permissions on a file for all the computers in a domain? Something other than the large enterprise products SMS, SDO/AMO, Wininstall, etc.

Have you considered using call to cacls in a logon script?
