Attachments cannot be opened in OWA 5.5 (Q292454)

I am running Exchange 5.5. I recently updated from sp3 to sp4 on this server. Now, my OWA users cannot open attachments (Word & Excel mainly). When they click on an attachment, it requests authentication to the domain, then will open a blank spreadsheet or document. I found this to be a known issue with sp3, described in kb article q252494. It mentions that this is to be fixed in the next sp (Not the case, obviously, I looked at the file date of fixed files from the patch after sp4 was ran). There is no link to the patch, instead you are to contact Microsoft for the patch. This is the only place I can find to get help without paying for per-incident support, which I have problems with, given that my servers were working fine before applying sp4, as MS recommended. Does anyone know how tho locate this patch? I am also wondering what possible issues I'm opening myself up to by running it (What came up in testing that kept this patch from getting into sp4, should I just have my users live with work-arounds for now)? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
