Sorry about tagging on this forum, however this seems like the most appropriate one I can find.

I have a process that requires a MAPI session to be started. The session can't start/login automatically as the machine is within a different domain to the exchange server.

At the moment, I have a util that:
Starts Outlook,
Waits for the login box to appear,
Puts in the required details,
Minimises Outlook.

Is there any way that I can run something that will accept domainusername and password on the commandline?

Suggestions appreciated,

darren

This can't seriously be impossible can it? If Outlook can have a pop-up login, surely there must be a command-line alternative?

This is the second time I've asked, and had no response. A definitive (but correct) NO would be better than nothing!

Can no-one offer a suggestion?
