Exchange email

[Lakes]

I have a contractors working in my organisation, We have a domain call
lakes-systems.com and the other company domain is call fsl.com.
I have presently one Exchange server with lakes-systems.com domain working and receiving email and sending.
I want my contractors to send/receive there own mail using there domain i.e fsl.com.
Presently, they have an account on my exhange server but i have make some changes in user mail. changing STMP to fsl.com.
Result i could receive the mail with fsl.com but when i reply i could not get my result back.
Help! Help!! Help!!!
