IIS 5.0 works only on Intranet not Internet. Please Help.

Here is the problem, no one can access my default web site/server from Internet. I can access web site only localy on Intranet.
Please help me.

Check to what IP address the webservice is binding,
Make sure that the website binds to the external Ip address.
Also check weather u r able to ping to the external IP address of the server.
