I have an IIS 4.0 server with SMTP Service running. I would like to use TCP/IP filtering via the TCP/IP properties. If I open port 25 for both TCP and UDP, SMTP will not send the mail message. But if I "Permit All" UDP ports, then the messages go out fine. Does anyone know which specific UDP port needs to be open for SMTP mail to go out? I've also tried ports 53, 137, 138, 139.
