Need Help

My co-worker accidently deleted all of the users from Exchange 5.5. He did this when he was experimenting with address views. He created a view and included everyone on the global list into the view. After is testing he deleted the view. However this seems to have deleted all of the recipients from the global list as well. Is there any way of recovering everyones mailbox? We do not have a recent backup to goto.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
