Exchange 5.0 Client / New Mail Notification

Server Enviroment is all NT 4.0
Running Windows 95 Client with Exchange 5.0
Server is Exchange 5.0 SP2

Problem is that the user use to get new mail notification
on a Public folder he manages and now does not.

Any Ideas...
