Does exchange admin need to be a domain admin if not then what

The course I am taking in exchange covers that. They recommend you create a new user name and when you set up exchange it will ask you what name you want to use for the master account. Use that name it will assign it full access rights. As far as do u need to make that user name an admin account in active directory on the server the answer is no.

Now I have a question. Does anyone have a copy of exchange 5.5 trial I can download from them or 5.5 full version with out giving me their product key?
