owa not responding

Hello

the outlook web access on my exchange does not respond, gives a server application error message. I check the application log and its saying that com+ has determine there is not enough memory, can't start inetinfo.exe..... but iis is running??. I stopped several non essential application on the server, got back some memory, after about a day, owa refuses to respond again. Is there something else I can do??
