Permission failure in trusted domain

Hi All,

I am having the problem of adding a user from one trusted domain into another trusted domain. When I add the users to folder or NTFS permission from the trusted domain into the trusting domain the users trusted account changes to "Account Unknown." We have broke the trust and re-established it, made sure the passwords are the same for the both sides of the trust and still I keep getting the same error.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can try next?
