We have 2 companies, each with thier own exchange server. How can automatically update each servers GAL with info from the other? It is a pain to do it by hand. Any suggestions???

Thanks

Connect the two sites and set up directory replication. As long as there the same organization.

Assuming they are different organizations, you'll have to export your GAL in each Org and import them on the remote servers as custom recipients.

Again assuming 2 different Exchange Organisations try using the InterOrg synchronisation utility from MS (available on BORK 2nd edition. KB article Q19878 details installation & use. In my own experience it works but requires tuning.

Good luck
