Centralized contacts

hi all,

we have win-2k and Exchange 2k,for each employee there is contact folder in pst file which downloads the mails from corrosponding mailbox.we want to set the contact folder centralised so that contacts of all the customers can be placed their ,which can be accessed by all the employees when they press "TO" in compose window
how do I do this?
please help me to sort out this problem

Try creating a public foder with contacts then "Show as address book"
