setup /forestprep

I'm trying to upgrade exchange 5.5 to 2k. I have made all necessary steps
and I started with the command "setup.exe /forestprep". When I was asked
for username I made a mistake in typing the username 123@456.com. I
couldn't continue and I canceled the installation. Now when a try to install it again, the user name area is in gray and I can't change it. It seems
that is cached somewhere. I have searched the registry of my domain
controller,exchange 5.5 Server and some .tmp files but I can not find anything.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Did you run setup /forestprep on the exchange server or on the DC?
If on the exchange server - try to run it on the DC,
the same fro the /domainprep.
Be sure to logo on as domain administrator.
