When setting up a remote Win2K member server, running DHCP, within a Win2K/AD Forest, I am able to successfully create the scope, but authorizing the scope generates the error "Access Denied". I have tried to do this with a DOmain Admin account and an Enterprise Admin Account. Suggestions?

Is the DHCP server located in a child domain?
If so - use an account in the parent domain to authorize the server.
