Blue screen after ipconfig/release

If I do a ipconfig/release on a Win2000 SP1 computer which has a network screen open or tries to access something on on the network I get a bluescreen. I did a dumpchk.exe and found this. (see below). I can't find anything. I also seen this when i dicount from a dialup connect to my network. Any help would be great
