Hello,

How is it possible to just allow an account admin to create mailboxes (Exchange 5.5) without allowing them to open others mailboxes?

We just want the helpdesk admins to create the user in NT - then the Exchange mailbox from USR MGR for Domains. What level of permissions allow this?

Permissions admin. You may have to give the group or users of the group permissions on the Recipients container. Select the setting in usrmgr that creates a mailbox when an NT account is created.
