I have sales people who would like to send an email to a bunch of customers but do not want each customer to see the other customer's email address. Is there some utility that I can use to do this rather than putting all the email addresses in the BCC field?

I don't know of a utility that will do that but a mail merge using Word would take care of it. You can do the merge from Contacts if you use Outlook 2000. There's a Q article that explains how to do it.

You might want to try this. I have NOT tried this, but it looked interesting. It's free.
