I currently have checked the "disable out of office responses to the internet" option on my IMS, to prevent OOF replies. A fairly senior user is complaining that he wants the functionality available, and I have been asked to provide my reasons for not wishing to turn it back on.
Aside from keeping this turned off to prevent mail loops, mail storms etc, and possible security implications, can anyone provide me with any other valid reasons to keep this function turned off.
Thanks
