I have 2 clients that are having the excat same problem.

Client 1 cannot send mail to their CPA firm (Faucett-Taylor.com). When they send the message, it fails to deliver citing:

"The receipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message. Host unreachable".

Now before you think this is simple, all the usual checks out:

1) Ping success
2) The mailbox does exist on the other system (even tried 10 different ones, and emailed from another account to the client fine)
3) The customer of the client is NOT on Exchange email, they are using POP mail through an ISP.
4) All MX records are fine on our side, no changes of late, problem was just discovered.

Nothing in TECHnet except that this error may be caused by the blinding obvious (i.e mailbox really doesn't exist) and also that the error could be realated to the receiving party being out of space in their exchange mailbox (doesn't apply in this case).

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
