ADMT TcpipClientSupport Error

I cannot migrate user account SID histories with ADMT. The log file says the TcpipClientSupport registry entry doesn't exist. I have checked the correct location and value in the registry on the source PDC, and rebooted. User accounts migrate successfully, when SID histroy is deselected.

Any help much appreciated.
