multiple messages

I am trying to figure out why 3 users in our Org are getting 100's of multiple messages, they seem to be the only ones affected. The messages are from 3 external sources, with no attachments. I used Track Message in Exchange Admin and found that the messages come up as Event Type: Local message delivery from an external Internet address. Yet if I do an advanced search based off of Messages Transfered into the Site I don't find anything. I have tracking setup on Info Store, MTA, IMS/IMC has a minimum track on all.
