Is there a utility that will allow me to quickly find who is logged into my NT4 Servers. Not by machine name but by user. I know it is simple with Unix....am I missing something?

In comtrol panel on the console of your servers there is a program called SERVER. In this perogram you can go to the users section and see who is logged on to your server by name and what machine they are on at that point in time and what they are connected to on your srvers.
Hope this is what you are looking for.
