Custom Delivery Schedule

Does anyone know of a way to create a custom delivery schedule in Exchange 2000. Here is the delima: I need e-mail sent to a group address to go to a day group between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and then the same group e-mail address to go to another group between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. with the night group being pagers. I already have it going to both during all hours but need to stop it from going to the pagers during the daytime hours

You could consider two Outlook rules base on time (day, night), and forward to each group in each rule. It may not be elegant, but could work nicely.
