Is there a way to Force a full replication of all 5.5 objects into AD ?

Once you have setup your AD Connecter ad configured your Connection Agreement, you can force replication anytime by right clicking on the Connection Agreement and selecting 'Replicate Now' .
It needs to be a 'Exchange to Windows' agreement of cource

I believe that your question was about a a full replication.
This can be forced by checking the box labeled "Replicate the entire directory the next time the agreement is run." under the "Schedule" tab in the properties of the agreement.
