Is it possible to create users who have email addresses and can access their email, but who can't log into the network?

Which client are you considering?

POP3 or IMAP could be the sollution if you are not locked to the Outlook MAPI client

POP3 or IMAP, it doesn't really matter, but I can't seem to figure out if you can create a user, who has a mailbox, but who doesn't have log in privileges for the network.... is this even possible under 2k?
