Replication ISSUES , driving crazy!

The directory relpicator is driving me CRAAZY!
I just want my Scripts to replicate in all my BDC's when I change the ntconfig.pol , for example

I have my PDC as the export server (radio button export check) in the list my BDC´s

And my Bdc's as import Servers(import radio button from list my PDC)

The thing is my Export server export (by default) from the winntsystem32
eplexport and MY SCRIPTS ARE IN THE IMPORT (cause ther is the netlogon share).

Is this wrong what is happening .
I'v set my Export Server to exoprt his IMPORT dir (cause there are my Scripts) , but when I cahnged something (.pol) that doesn´t replicate to my BDCs

We had an issue like this for a while. The prior admin had set the service to run under a user account instead of the system account and changed the password. If the service is up and running that is the proper setup.
