A colleague of mine running Win2K Pro is trying to access files from a specific folder on an NT 4.0 server. Whenever she tries to open any Word documents from this folder, it opens read-only. If she closes the file and re-opens it, it opens with full access like it should. She has full access to the folder and files. Does anyone know how this issue can be remedied?
