Okay this is my situation. i have 286 users in Florida that need there smtp addresses up here in massachusetts changed. There must be a quick way.

The best way to do it would be via directory export/import. After you export the directory, you can use excel (gotta be pro ms) to change the smtp addresses en masse. After that, just reimport, and your done.
