Hi,
We're using Exchange 5.5 SP4 with OWA loaded. It has been working fine for several months. Today we had one user with approx 200 messages in her inbox (some read, some unread). When she accesses her inbox via OWA it only shows new messages. I checked everything on the screen while her inbox is up and it clearly says "Messages " as opposed to Unread Messages, etc.
Any ideas?
