We use Exchange Server 5.5 and Outlook 2000 on our system.
When we try to send a message and attachement, the attachement
arrives at the receipient as MESSAGE.ATT
The message text itself is OK.
Does anyone know an answer to the above problem ??
Thanks in advance for answering

Does the message say anything (if you view it in a text editor)? Sounds like there is some sort of screening (either virus, size, or MIME). Does this happen when sending internally? Or, just to the internet?

First of all, thanks for answering.
The message does not say anything in a text editor.
On our system we use the virusscanner of Trend Micro, so a virus, NO...
(don't think so..), there is no size limitation for attached files.
The problem doesn't occur when sending internally only via the internet.
Hope you can help me with my problem !!
Greetings from Holland,
Bert
