I have a Windows 2000 server running OWA on IIS5.0. The server is also my Blackberry server. I am trying to upgrade to version 2.1 of Blackberry which requires Exchange SP4. When I try to install SP4 I get the following error during the installation of shared components:
Processing file shared.ins at or near line 7
Network Path not found
Windows NT
ID no: 0xc0020035
If I open up exchange administrator it says it is build SP4. However the registry settings for exchange all say SP3 still.
I opened the shared.ins and it is all the registry settings and the path that is referenced at or near line 7 DOES indeed exist.
Any help would be appreciated. Please email.
