dear sir,
i've installed win2000 server, AD , outlook 2000 and exchange srv 2000 but when i am trying to install my call center software which is dependent on exchange server, im getting the message "install Global Address Book". so, how can i make a global address book in my exchange server.
and i am not able to see the users who are exchange users.
please help me and send me reply ASAP.
