Converting Exchange email addresses

My company is in the process of converting email addressing standards. I have been searching for a utility that would allow me to export the current list of email addresses(not just the primary), modify the list (deleting out-dated secondary addresses and adding the new standard). The second part of this mass change is that on a certain date I need to change the companies current email address to the new standard without deleting their current primary address. Is anyone aware of any utility or scripts that I would be able to accomplish this task.
