Please anyone, I'M DESPERATE!!! I've been trying to figure this out for days now and I don't have any idea what it is. This is my problem, I have a file called sunad1.swf which is embedded in a html file, when I accessed that html file my access_log registers the hit as follows,
202.8.224.134 - - [03/Sep/2002:23:44:46 -0700] "GET /Ad/sunad1.swf?param=302333965 HTTP/1.0" 200 48076 "-" "contype"
202.8.224.134 - - [03/Sep/2002:23:44:46 -0700] "GET /Ad/sunad1.swf?param=302333965 HTTP/1.0" 200 48076 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows NT 5.0)"
What bothers me is that this file is around 48 KB and is accessed in the average 8,000 times a day, and when webalizer analyze my access_log it tells me that the file sunad1.swf is accessed almost twice which is around 14,000 times a day. And that instead of (48*8,000) my KB Consumption is (48*14,000). Please, if anyone of you knows why is this thing happening or could just give a little hint as to why, PLEASE post a reply.
