One of my customers has a problem with Exchange 5.5 OWA. When accessing OWA page, after login (I can pass the “gold page”) I am getting error message “ Unable to connect to exchange server <servername>”. I had the same problem before with the same customer and I solve it with reinstalling Exchange server, after trying all related documents from MS site. Having the same problem after one year, I have to find more successful solution than reinstalling Exchange. Exchange server is with SP3, running of the NT 4, SP6a and post SP patches applied. I am thinking to implement another server just for IIS and OWA but I am concern that problem might be related to Exchange portion. On the Ex. Server I have TrendMicro antivirus software.
