Big problem....Has anyone come accross this...
Exchange server 5.5 SP4, clients use Outlook 2000 SR1a on Win 2000 Pro
after appling the Outlook 2000 Email Security Update (to protect you from viruses etc etc)..users are no longer able to view the contents of a public folder. They can see the white window in the right hand pane and on the top of that pane you see "There are no items in this View" - yet the status bar indicates there are messages there. This by the way is NOT a View problem. No matter how you set the view (filtered or not), you still get the same problem. When you view the same folder from another machine using Outlook that does not have the security patch applied, you can then read the contents of that public folder.
Any help / ideas would be great...
Thanks
Pat
