Upgraded my NT 4.0 SP6 PC to W2K Pro SP2. Installed adminpak.msi. User has admin rights in the domain, and can run admin tools from other PCs and servers. But running Users & Computers causes error "Active Directory Failure with code '0x80040e37'!". I can't connect to forest or explicit domain controller. DNS and DHCP can connect ok. WINS errors with the same '0x80040e37' when browsing the domain for WINS servers, but I can enter a WINS server's netbios name and connect. Once connected, I can manage the domain.
Any ideas out there? Thanks!

Have you got the MSProxy client installed anywhere on your machine? If so, try removing it. I had it installed on mine and it completely screwed up my AD access.
