We have a user who is setup with multiple mailboxes in Outlook 2000. She needs to be able to reply as one of the mailboxes and I cannot figure out how to do it. When she replies from the other mailboxes it uses here actual user mailbox as the sender.

Is there an easy way she can reply from one of the otehr mailboxes as that mailbox?

Thanks,
Mike H.

YES! If she's setup as a USER for all these mailboxes, all she has to do when replying to a message from either one of the mailboxes is to type in the mailbox name/alias on the FROM: field and it will send it as that mailbox account. The only thing to remember when doing this is that the sent message will be stored in the SENT ITEMS folder of the default mailbox she's log on to. Hope this helps. If you need more clarification, feel free to email me directly.
