Hello Experts,
Can you please help me with the following....
My requirement is to be able access Other user's Calendar.
Currently by using CDO, I am able to get the Free/Busy information of other users. i.e., at a given time, whehther a perticular user will be free/Busy? I i am not able to get more details like, what meeting that person has and etc....
Do we have to use Public folders and and keep all the department user's calendars in that folder to do my task? acn you please suggest me the right way to do this.

Thanks in Advance
Surendra.

I believe you just need rights to the calender. This can be done by right clicking the calender in outlook and going to the properties of the calender and setting the appropriate permissions. The default is none. If you are unable to set permissions you don't have the NT/Exchange access rights to do so. You will just need add yourself to the groups that are able to administer exchange boxes.
