Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : X400 connector Problems
Recently the option to Add X400 connectors on our exchange server has dissapeared. We are running Exchange 5.5 with service pack 4 on NT4 sp6 There are already about 26 X400 connectors on there but the option to add further has just vanished in to thin air it seams.
Any ideas
Cheers in advance

Go through the add/remove process and in the "options" make sure that x.400 is checked and installed.
I have seen sometimes that corruption in the directory database can also cause issues like these. Find the file "chkdsro.exe" from your SP4 cd and run it piping the output to a text file and see if it shows any fixes that it would have made.
Chkdsro is like isinteg for DS. This means that you have to have the DS stopped when you run that. Also, chkdsro will not perform any hard repairs it is only a test.
Good Luck.
