We are wanting to use Offline Folders with Outlook 2000. I have setup a couple of users, and they are having trouble synching the Inbox. When they choose Work Offline upon launching Outlook, it doesn't synch everything in Inbox, they receive no errors however. If they choose to Connect upon launch of Outlook, however they have np problems. Any ideas why this would be?
