Need to move mailboxes from the C drive to the E drive

The mailboxes for our employees were installed on the wrong drive. We need to move the mailboxes from the C drive to the E drive. Besides copying the mailboxes, are there other system folders that need to be moved? Also, what additional configuration needs to take place? Lastly, the M drive, created automatically by Exchange, points to the C drive. We would like it to point to the E drive. Any help or references would be greatly appreciated.
