Win2k server in Windows NT 4.0 environment

We're planning on adding a Win2k server in our Windows NT 4.0 environment.
The 2k server will be the new PDC. Promotion/demotion shouldnt be a prob, but is there anything else I should take into consideration before adding the newer server.

Don't think you'll meet with any success..
2000 Servers in NT4 domains act as member servers they can't be assigned any NT4 domain controller role. They have a local SAM for machine based accounts as you'd expect but you can only dcpromo them to a AD domain controller.
your AD would then be running in mixed mode which would automatically assign the PDC emulator role to look after nt4 domains.
